Job summary

Traffit is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer to design and implement scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for international clients. You will lead integrations with Azure services, mentor engineers, and drive modernisation and AI-driven improvements.

The role offers a fully remote setup with global collaboration, strong engineering culture, and opportunities to work on high-impact projects across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus).
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.

Responsibilities

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer.

Your duties will include:

• Design and build scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for business teams operating across different markets.
• Lead the design of integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise systems and Azure services.
• Take a leading role in platform upgrades, migrations and modernisation projects.
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge and support the adoption of high-quality development practices.
• Explore and promote the use of AI tools in everyday engineering work.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, technical discussions and technology community initiatives.

Requirements that must be met:

• At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands‑on experience withPower Platform, Dataverse and Azure services, particularly Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Agile ways of working.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes.
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to mentor and support other engineers.
• Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis or Apache Kafka.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
