Job summary

People More is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage AKS clusters on Azure, and automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. You’ll also develop tooling in Bash and Python and ensure observability with Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK stack.

You will collaborate with developers, security and operations to keep systems scalable, secure and resilient. English and Polish fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably AKS, and containerisation using Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience with configuration management using Ansible.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD or other pipeline automation tools.
• Solid experience with Prometheus, Grafana and Loki for monitoring and observability.
• Understanding of the ELK stack for centralised logging and analytics.
• Good knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to solving technical problems.
• Very good English and Polish

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer – Azure / Kubernetes / Terraform

Your duties will include:

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar platforms.
• Manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.

• At least 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably AKS, and containerisation using Docker.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience with configuration management using Ansible.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
