Job summary

People More seeks a Technical Project Lead - AI/ML to drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects. You will translate business concepts into technical roadmaps and lead architecture decisions while ensuring high engineering standards. The role involves Python-based development, CV/NLP model work, and collaboration with international clients.

You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, review code, and communicate complex decisions clearly. Strong english and polish are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-time software/AI experience.
• Proven experience leading technical AI/ML projects and roadmaps.
• Strong Python production coding experience.
• Hands-on with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision and/or NLP models.
• Ability to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Technical Project Lead - AI/ML | Python | Computer Vision | NLP

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Technical Project Lead - AI/ML | Python | Computer Vision | NLP.

Your duties will include:

Translate approved business concepts and client requirements into clearly defined technical scopes, implementation roadmaps, and realistic project timelines.

Lead the technical delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring architectural consistency, high engineering standards, and alignment with business objectives.

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.

Actively contribute to software development, writing and reviewing Python code and implementing AI/ML solutions.

Coordinate engineering activities, delegate technical tasks, and review the work of other developers when working with a team.

Oversee the technical architecture and technology stacks across multiple projects, identifying opportunities for reusability and standardization.

Evaluate available frameworks, tools, and technologies, making informed decisions between custom-built solutions and existing platforms.

Identify technical dependencies, potential risks, and delivery challenges, ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed schedules.

Serve as the main technical contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical decisions in an understandable way.

Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Requirements that must be met:

At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical roles.

Proven experience in leading technical projects, including defining project scope, preparing timelines, coordinating delivery, and communicating with stakeholders.

Strong hands-on programming experience with Python, including developing and maintaining production-level code.

Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.

Solid technical knowledge and practical experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions.

Good understanding of software architecture, technical design principles, and engineering best practices.

Ability to evaluate technical approaches, select appropriate tools, and make architectural decisions.

Experience collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing code, and coordinating technical activities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage technical responsibilities across multiple projects while maintaining a hands-on approach to development
