Job summary

People More is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build scalable microfrontend architectures for digital payment services. You will optimize performance, participate in all SDLC stages, and ensure secure, user-friendly interfaces.

Proficiency in TypeScript with React, Vue, or Angular, plus experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and security practices is required. English and Polish fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial frontend experience.
• Strong TypeScript with React/Vue/Angular.
• Experience designing microfrontend architectures.
• Experience with automated tests (Playwright or similar).
• Strong frontend performance skills (Core Web Vitals).
• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and feature flags.
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent English and Polish proficiency.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Frontend Engineer – React / Vue / Angular / TypeScript

Your duties will include:

• Designing, developing, and evolving microfrontend-based architectures for applications supporting digital payment services.
• Analysing and improving frontend performance, with a particular focus on Core Web Vitals and the responsiveness of customer-facing applications.
• Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical specification, implementation, testing, and production releases.
• Developing and maintaining frontend integrations with backend systems through REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Implementing interactive, real-time application features using Server-Sent Events (SSE) and comparable technologies.
• Building secure, reliable, and user-friendly interfaces for payment-related processes in accordance with relevant industry standards and security practices.
• Enhancing frontend development tools, improving developer experience, and contributing to efficient, modern engineering workflows.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience developing modern frontend applications.
• Strong hands-on experience withTypeScript and at least one of the following frameworks or libraries: React, Vue, or Angular.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated end-to-end tests using Playwright or similar testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimisation, including Core Web Vitals, application profiling, and bundle analysis.
• Proven experience integrating frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorisation mechanisms, including OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT, as well as feature flags and progressive delivery practices.
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent solutions, to improve coding efficiency and software quality.
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Previous experience developing products or applications in the payments, FinTech, or e-commerce sectors.
• Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, particularlyWCAG.
• Additional backend development experience withNode.js, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience designing or developing embeddable frontend widgets or Software Development Kits (SDKs).
