Job summary

EMW, Inc in Bydgoszcz, Poland seeks a Senior CIS Technician for full-time on-site work. You will deliver L1/L2 CIS support to JATEC users under CSU Bydgoszcz SOB, handling incidents, service requests and end‑user device lifecycle tasks.

Duties include device setup and reimaging, patching, iPhone setup, user account management, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and diligent activity logging in accordance with NCIA policies.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• First-line and second-line CIS support duties (L1/L2) focusing on user incidents and service requests.
• Device setup, reimaging, patch management and configuration per NCIA baselines.
• iPhone setup and reinstallation; user account creation and access rights management.
• Troubleshooting hardware, OS and connectivity issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain thorough activity logs and documentation in ticketing systems.
• Work on-site and be available for extended hours when required (exercises/events).
