Job summary

DCG is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (Digital Banking) to translate business needs into structured IT requirements, define features and user stories, and drive delivery in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Design and external vendors, ensure quality, support roadmaps, and maintain clear documentation across stakeholders to enable smooth digital banking initiatives at DCG.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT or Business Analysis experience in the banking industry.
• Experience translating business needs into features, user stories and IT requirements.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Owners and multi-stakeholder teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured and actionable IT requirements supporting scalable and sustainable solutions
• Define features and user stories in cooperation with Product Owners and other stakeholders
• Drive delivery activities in close collaboration with Business, IT, Design and other teams in an Agile environment
• Coordinate requirements and deliveries with external vendors, ensuring alignment and appropriate quality
• Support Product Owners in planning product development and release roadmaps
• Identify and proactively resolve blockers, dependencies and cross-team challenges to ensure smooth delivery
• Support manual testing of new business functionalities, enhancements and maintenance-related changes based on current priorities
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery process
