• 4+ years of professional IT and/or Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking
• Proven ability to translate business needs into features, user stories and IT requirements
• Experience working with Product Owners and release roadmaps
• Strong collaboration with technical and business stakeholders in Agile environments
• Excellent communication across multiple stakeholders and teams

• Analyze business needs and translate into clear IT requirements
• Define features and user stories with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Drive delivery with Business, IT, Design and other teams in Agile environment
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment and quality
• Support Product Owners in planning development and release roadmaps
• Identify blockers and cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist manual testing of new functionalities and changes
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure effective communication between business and tech stakeholders
