Job summary

DCG is seeking an Expert Data Business Analyst to join our team on strategic banking projects. You will elicit, analyze, and translate requirements across multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will map data, design solutions, and collaborate with engineers and product owners. English communication and experience with AI tools, Snowflake, and dbt are essential for success in our international environment.

Qualifications

• H hands-on experience in the banking industry.
• Expertise in elicitation techniques and business analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Experience with AI solutions, including Copilot and LLMs.
• Excellent SQL skills (Snowflake and MSSQL).
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Strong written and spoken English; experience with international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design, event-sourcing, microservices, and clean code.
• Understanding data-driven decision making through accessible data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into specs.
• Communicate objectives across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Perform data mapping, data modeling, and solution design.
• Contribute to architecture, maintainability, and design.
• Analyze data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Work with developers and test engineers throughout delivery.
• Own requirements documentation including use cases.
• Access and analyze complex distributed datasets using statistics.
• Promote analytical best practices and drive improvements.
