Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Payments Domain to join our recruitment partnership. This role centers on understanding business strategies, aligning them with technology, and translating them into clear requirements and use cases that guide development, testing and delivery.

You will ensure end-to-end traceability, collaborate with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive documentation while supporting the team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target architecture and sustainable solutions
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholders
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for development teams
• Secure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements
• Support developers and testers within the team and broader delivery organization
• Verify delivered solutions through test result validation
• Provide stakeholders with insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
