Job summary

DCG, a recruitment company, seeks a Junior IT Analyst to translate business needs into requirements and collaborate across business, IT and external partners. The role involves analytics, data modelling, and contributing to solution design within SAFe Agile contexts.

You will engage with stakeholders, ensure quality delivery, and help modernise the application portfolio while supporting reporting and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements analysis skills across functional and non-functional areas.
• Proficient business and data modelling capabilities.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• SQL proficiency with large, complex datasets.
• Solid banking domain understanding.
• Ability to reason about complex system architecture and communication methods.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent self-organization, planning, and adaptability.
• Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Drive requirements activities within change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Apply business and data modelling to support solution design and dev.
• Support downstream and reporting solutions with large datasets.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT and partners.
• Provide technical and business insight for software development and studies.
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability and quality in production.
• Ensure delivery per scope, standards, quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with implementation teams following SAFe Agile practices.
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching and review in the area.
• Contribute to simplifying and modernising the application portfolio.
