Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to lead requirements collection and documentation for core banking projects. You will drive elicitation through handover to developers, working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with data warehouse/data lake (CDW) and reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping.
• Experience in banking sector, preferably in a large bank.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
• Experience in large-scale programs with 300+ employees.
• Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document requirements as features and/or user stories.
• Drive requirements from elicitation through handover to developers.
• Work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze and understand complex systems and business processes.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer within Core Banking programs.
