Qualifications

4+ years of IT/business analysis experience in the banking industry.
Proven ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and collaborate with Product Owners on roadmaps.
Strong written and spoken English for effective communication with IT and business stakeholders.
Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and track progress.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements.
Lead delivery in collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT and Design in an agile setup.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure aligned requirements and high-quality deliveries.
Support manual testing of features according to priorities.
Proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies to keep work progressing.
