DCG in Warsaw seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst – Cards & Payments to lead end-to-end analysis for complex card initiatives. You will gather and document requirements across business, functional, and non-functional areas, work with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure traceability to regulatory standards.

Strong experience in SDLC, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), and Jira/Confluence is required, with fluent English. Nice-to-have: AI-driven analysis and payments domain knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Experience gathering, analysing, documenting and managing requirements.
• Experience with AS-IS / TO-BE and impact analysis.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and SDLC understanding.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Lead end-to-end business and IT analysis within complex card transformation initiatives

• Define acceptance criteria and support testing, migrations, and validation
• Identify risks and gaps, proposing appropriate solutions
• Use Generative AI tools to support analysis and documentation
• Contribute to solution design and BA practice improvements

Senior IT Business Analyst – Cards & Payments

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business and IT analysis within complex card transformation initiatives
• Gather, analyse, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments across business processes, systems, integrations, and data
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and external vendors
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives, technical architecture, and regulatory standards
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing, defect analysis, migration activities, and solution validation
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and requirements gaps, proposing appropriate solutions
• Use AI and Generative AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, and process improvements
• Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement of business analysis practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within banking or financial services
• Strong experience in gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Practical knowledge of business process modelling, AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment
• Experience working on complex IT transformation projects involving multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholders
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements traceability, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and IT solution design
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with international business and technical teams
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience in Cards & Payments, including card lifecycle management, card servicing, or payment processing
• Knowledge of Mastercard and Visa scheme requirements
• Experience with card platform transformation or migration projects
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools for business analysis, documentation, or requirements management
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, data privacy, and information security in regulated environments
