Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our team on recruitment projects for partners. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategies, elicit requirements, and translate them into detailed technical specifications for development teams.

Nice to have: familiarity with regulatory requirements in banking, and practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. We offer private medical care, co-financing for the sports card, and constant consultant support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target operating model
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teams
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements
• Support developers and testers across the team and hub
• Verify implemented solutions by reviewing and validating test results
• Provide stakeholders with insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
