Job summary

DCG is seeking an Expert IT Business Analyst to design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, IT analysts, developers and testers.

The role bridges business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating understanding of requirements and their technological impact while ensuring solutions align with the target operating model. Strong SQL, data analysis, and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT/business solution analysis experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation and business analysis skills.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Ability to scrutinize data content and behaviour using SQL.
• Knowledge of trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a self-driven manner and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst
