Job summary

DCG in Warsaw seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst – Cards & Payments to lead end-to-end analysis for complex card initiatives. You will gather and document requirements across business, functional, and non-functional areas, work with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure traceability to regulatory standards.

Strong experience in SDLC, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), and Jira/Confluence is required, with fluent English. Nice-to-have: AI-driven analysis and payments domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering, analysing, documenting and managing requirements.
• Experience with AS-IS / TO-BE and impact analysis.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and SDLC understanding.
• Strong communication with international teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business and IT analysis within complex card transformation initiatives
• Gather, analyse, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements throughout delivery
• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments across processes, systems, integrations, and data
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and external vendors
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with objectives, architecture, and regulatory standards
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing, migrations, and validation
• Identify risks and gaps, proposing appropriate solutions
• Use Generative AI tools to support analysis and documentation
• Contribute to solution design and BA practice improvements
