Job summary

DCG Recruitment seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst to design reporting solutions and define requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT Analysts, developers and testers.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team, facilitating understanding of requirements and the impact on technology to deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Understanding of data flow integration.
• Ability to analyze data content and behaviour using SQL.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to elicit, analyze and document business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics.
• Self-driven and collaborative team player.
• 3+ years as IT Analyst.
