Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior IT Analyst with Statements & Reporting to join a large-scale transformation program in the banking sector. You will collect requirements from business stakeholders, document features and user stories, and drive handover to developers within a complex, 300+ person program.

The role requires proven experience in statements and reporting, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to onboard rapidly in a large environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders within program
• Document requirements as features and user stories
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
• Analyze and understand business and system dependencies
• Onboard quickly and contribute effectively within a large-scale transformation program

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Statements and Reporting
• Professional knowledge of statements and reporting processes
• Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Ability to independently drive requirements management from collection to developer handover
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments with multiple dependencies
• Ability to quickly understand complex environments and onboard rapidly
• Experience working in large-scale programs involving approximately 300+ employees

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop
