UBS Group AG is seeking an organized professional for Investment Administration and Mandate onboarding/offboarding roles based in Kraków and Wroclaw. You will coordinate with Client Relationship Managers, Product Managers and global Operations to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires 3–5 years in transitions management, knowledge of Asset Management, strong risk awareness, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years minimum experience in transitions management, including direct custodian interaction.
• Experience in Asset Management industry would be an asset.
• Understanding of Global Markets, Exchange practices and a wide range of instrument and asset types.
• Strong risk-awareness mentality and knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Investment Administration point of contact to UBS Asset Management and all teams within Group Operations for Product or Mandate onboarding, offboarding and transitions.
• Partner with Group Operations to source and provide advice and capability assessment of the proposed Product or Mandate from an operational perspective.
• Coordinate and execute Operations activities with Client Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Investments Teams and Group Operations globally for onboarding, offboarding and transition events.
• Establish and maintain client data pertaining to any Product or Mandate Launch, or a structural or strategy changes.
