Job summary

UBS Group Operations Wroclaw is seeking an experienced professional to manage the client lifecycle across European locations. You will handle maintenance and offboarding requests with focus on risk, compliance, and quality standards.

You will act as a subject matter expert, support process excellence, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding client experience. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Experience in client lifecycle management, KYC, or related operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex and ambiguous situations
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team, prioritize effectively and make sound decisions
• Strong client and stakeholder focus with cross-functional relationship building
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes
• Confident in leading discussions, influencing stakeholders and driving positive change
• Strong digital skills and ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and client experience
• Curious about using AI to improve workflows with sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Ownership and coordination of client maintenance and offboarding activities
• Review and assessment of client documentation with focus on completeness, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Analysis and resolution of complex client data and documentation issues
• Maintenance, enrichment and validation of client information across internal systems
• Identification and escalation of potential risks, control gaps and compliance concerns
• Collaboration with key business and support functions to ensure effective resolution of client requests
• Participation in process optimization, automation and change initiatives
• Supporting team development through knowledge sharing, coaching and best practice guidance
• Contributing to the implementation of strategic projects and operational improvements
