Job summary

UBS Group AG in Poland (Wrocław/Kraków) is seeking an organized Investment Administration professional to manage onboarding, offboarding and transitions for Product or Mandate launches. You will collaborate with Group Operations and client teams to ensure smooth operational delivery and data integrity.

The role requires 3-5 years in transitions, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English. Based in Wroclaw/Krakow with a global operations footprint and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in transitions management, including direct custodian interaction.
• Experience in Asset Management industry is a plus.
• Understanding of Global Markets and various instrument types.
• Strong risk-awareness and knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Highly numerate with strong PC skills, including Excel.
• Adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Delivery oriented with constructive challenge mindset.
• Interest in AI enhancements for workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Investment Administration point of contact for on-boarding/off-boarding and transitions.
• Collaborate with Group Operations to assess operations capability of proposed Product or Mandate.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Investments Teams and Group Operations globally.
• Maintain client data for Product or Mandate launches and strategic changes.
