Job summary

UBS Group Operations Wroclaw is seeking experienced professionals to manage the client lifecycle across multiple European locations, handling complex maintenance and offboarding requests with a strong focus on quality, risk awareness and regulatory compliance.

You will act as a subject matter expert, support process excellence, drive continuous improvement, and deliver an outstanding client experience while collaborating with internal stakeholders and guiding on complex cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in client lifecycle management, KYC, account maintenance or related operational environment.
• Strong regulatory and compliance understanding in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate client maintenance and offboarding activities.
• Review client documentation for completeness, consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and resolve complex client data issues; validate information across systems.
• Collaborate with business and support functions to resolve requests.
• Support process optimization, automation and change initiatives.
• Coach teammates and share best practices to improve service quality.
• Contribute to strategic projects and operational improvements.
