• Ownership and coordination of client maintenance and offboarding activities.
• Review and assessment of client documentation with focus on completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Analysis and resolution of complex client data and documentation issues.
• Maintenance, enrichment and validation of client information across internal systems.
• Identification and escalation of potential risks, control gaps and compliance concerns.
• Collaboration with key business and support functions to resolve client requests.
• Participation in process optimization, automation and change initiatives.
