UBS Group AG in Poland (Wrocław/Kraków) is seeking an organized Investment Administration professional to manage onboarding, offboarding and transitions for Product or Mandate launches. You will collaborate with Group Operations and client teams to ensure smooth operational delivery and data integrity.

The role requires 3-5 years in transitions, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English. Based in Wroclaw/Krakow with a global operations footprint and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years minimum experience in transitions management, including direct custodian interaction.
• Experience in Asset Management industry is a plus.
• Understanding of Global Markets and various instrument types.
• Strong risk-awareness and knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Highly numerate with strong PC skills, including Excel.
• Adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Delivery oriented with constructive challenge mindset.
• Interest in AI enhancements for workflow optimization.

• partner with the wider Group Operations organization to source and provide advice and capability assessment of the proposed Product or Mandate from an operational perspective;
• work closely with Client Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Investments Teams and Group Operations globally to co-ordinate and execute all Operations specific activities to support the success of all Product or Mandate onboarding, off-boarding and transition events;
• establish and maintain client data pertaining to any Product or Mandate Launch, or a structural or strategy changes.

The team

You will be working in the Investment Administration Client Mandate, Product On-Boarding and Transitions Management Service Delivery Function. The team is responsible for the coordination and execution of all Operations specific Transition activities relating to Client Mandate and Product On-boarding, Off-boarding, Structure and Strategy changes.

The team, based in Wroclaw, Poland and works in close conjunction with Client Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Investment Teams and various global functional Operations teams.

Your Skills And Experience

• 3-5 years minimum experience in transitions management experience, including direct custodian interaction
• experience of the Asset Management industry would be an asset
• understanding of Global Markets, Exchange practices and a wide range of instrument and asset types
