Job summary

UBS is seeking a Portfolio Implementation Specialist in Kraków to support portfolio management activities and lifecycle events. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Asset Management front office or portfolio support role.
• Strong analytical and technical skills including Python and data modelling.
• Interest in AI and leveraging tech to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts following portfolio management strategies and implement Portfolio Manager decisions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure adherence to internal, client, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review fund cash and positions and oversee data quality.
• Support new portfolio launches, transitions, and lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders and other internal Asset Management teams.
• Initiate and drive ongoing process improvements across the Investments lifecycle and own ad-hoc projects.
