UBS Group AG in Kraków is seeking an Investment Corporate & Regulatory Governance Senior Specialist to join the ManCo Delivery team. You will coordinate regulatory reporting, support governance communications, and contribute to multi-jurisdiction governance projects.

You will organize meetings, track actions, and maintain governance records while collaborating with Regulatory, Legal, Tax, Risk, Operations and Business stakeholders. Fluency in English and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services governance & regulatory reporting.
• Academic background in finance or related field.
• Ability to resolve complex queries with attention to detail.
• Collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience preparing meeting materials and governance docs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Support regulatory projects across multiple jurisdictions and Management Companies.
• Organize meetings, prepare materials, and track actions.
• Monitor progress and maintain governance records.

• Assist with corporate governance processes and controls.
• Support proxy voting and class actions administration.
• Assist audits and remediation tracking.
• Contribute to ad hoc governance initiatives.
