EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław or Warsaw in hybrid mode. You will lead AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance clients across Europe, shaping technology strategies and delivering business value.

You will work with C-level stakeholders, run workshops, design architecture, and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, DORA, Solvency II).

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Expertise in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM-based solutions with deployment experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, DORA and Solvency II regulatory frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Engage C-level stakeholders to define technology and AI transformation strategies.
• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews and advisory sessions.
• Translate complex concepts into business-value narratives for diverse audiences.
• Validate AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive GenAI adoption and developer productivity initiatives.
• Support business development and identify opportunities across Europe.
