Job summary

PwC Poland’s Cloud & Digital team is expanding its core insurance technology practice to provide advisory, design and implementation services across modern insurance solutions. The role focuses on leading claims transformation engagements and delivering measurable outcomes across the claims lifecycle, with emphasis on AI-enabled use cases and scalable solutions.

The candidate will work with data, AI, architecture, cloud, and core-platform teams to turn business concepts into production-ready

Qualifications

• Deep practical knowledge of non-life / P&C claims and the end-to-end claims value chain.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to build a credible business case linking tech changes to claims economics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead claims transformation engagements and workstreams from diagnosis to benefits realization.
• Advise clients across the end-to-end claims lifecycle (pre-claim, FNOL, coverage, liability, reserving, damage, settlement).
• Design future-state claims processes, operating models, and functional solutions with emphasis on automation and human oversight.
