Qualifications

• Consulting experience within Insurance and Financial Services.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale insurance transformation programmes.
• Experience with Guidewire, EIS or similar core insurance platforms.
• Experience managing global and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting sales, account growth, pursuits, proposals or RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams.
• Oversee large-scale insurance technology programmes and strategic client engagements.
• Governance, financials, risks, quality and stakeholder management for programmes.
• Drive development of Insurance Technology capabilities, methodologies and reusable assets.
• Organise knowledge-sharing initiatives and communities of practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders; support sales and account growth.
• Lead or support pursuits, proposals and RFP responses as needed, and contribute to market offerings.
