Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an Insurance Platform professional to drive platform projects, develop architectures, and deliver innovative solutions across Europe. The role involves advising on cost reduction, transformation, and strong collaboration with global teams.

The candidate should have 2+ years in Financial Services or consulting in Insurance, and proven front-end delivery experience, plus fluency in English. Occasional travel is required across Europe and in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years in Financial Services or consulting, preferably in Insurance domain.
• Experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life & Pension Insurance: Insurance Platform & Ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce), IT systems implementation, data migration, digital solutions, AI, automation.
• Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in front-end application delivery.
• Strong communicator with fluency in English.
• Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and builds client relationships.
• Team player who collaborates with global colleagues and pursues continuous progress.
• Digitally savvy with time management and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive insurance platform projects and create solutions redefining the sector.
• Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes for state-of-the-art solutions.
• Advise on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization.
• Support clients in digital transformation and build relationships with global teams.
• Use analytics to clarify issues, gather insights, and collaborate with experts.
