Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to lead AI and cloud transformation programs for insurance clients across Europe from multiple Polish cities. You will work in a hybrid mode, engaging executives, shaping AI strategies and ensuring compliant cloud architectures.

The role emphasizes strong communication, deep insurance domain knowledge, and hands-on GenAI deployment experience, with travel up to 30–40% across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry or consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Expertise in AI strategy and GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven design, DevSecOps, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle in SDLC environments, including prompt engineering and governance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of insurance value chain in P&C, Life and Reinsurance, and related regulatory landscapes.
• Understanding of GDPR, DORA and Solvency II in EU/Poland.
• Proven consulting experience including RFP support, business case design and executive workshop facilitation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage C-level stakeholders to define technology and AI transformation strategies for insurance clients across Europe.
• Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews and strategic advisory sessions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-value narratives for diverse audiences.
• Validate and shape AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives, including GenAI tooling and developer productivity solutions.
• Recommend cloud architecture patterns aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Enable internal AI capabilities, including GenAI enablement programs and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities in European and Polish markets.
• Collaborate with EPAM teams on proposals, client interviews and growth strategies.
