Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to support IT environments, platforms and software according to Nordea standards. You will join the Service Fulfilment and Operation team in the SRE unit, driving toward containerized architectures with Mirantis Kubernetes and Docker.

The role includes 24/7 support responsibilities, onboarding new environments, and solving technical issues with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Operation or infrastructure building and monitoring.
• DevOps practice: support, maintenance, deployment and admin tasks.
• Experience with microservices and containerized environments.
• Troubleshoot using logs; interpret issues and provide guidance.
• Linux/Unix proficiency; basic cloud operation familiarity.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible; Git repository management.
• English fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and delivering 24/7 support to common repositories and templates, on call duty.
• Participating in implementation of new environments and tools.
• Understanding processes to provide technical advice and support.
• Delivering user support to ensure effective tool usage and solutions.
• Managing development, test and production platforms for stability and performance.
• Making technical decisions based on platform analysis to add value.
