Job summary

Nordea’s Group Technology invites an AI Specialist to join the SRE Operations team. You will help build AI-powered infrastructure, containerized deployments and AI workflows using Mirantis Kubernetes and Docker, aligning with Nordea standards.

You will monitor services, handle incidents, and participate in on-call rotation while collaborating with developers, cybersecurity, and data governance teams. Hybrid work up to 40% remote with locations including Warsaw.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IT Operations or infrastructure experience.
• Experience with DevOps, monitoring, and incident management.
• Knowledge of cloud operations (GCP/AWS/Azure) and container tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered infrastructure and workflows.
• Support AI applications in production with reliable operations.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure compliant, scalable platforms.
• On-call support and incident response to minimize downtime.
