Job summary

Nordea is seeking an IT Operation Specialist to manage and maintain the bank's IT infrastructure within a DevOps setup. You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy, automate, and scale applications and systems, ensuring high quality and low cycle times for customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT operations, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with Windows/Linux, monitoring tools, and CI/CD. The role offers a hybrid work model within Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Operations, system engineering or similar roles.
• Experience with change and incident management tools and processes.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux, plus monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in day-to-day IT operations.
• Serve as an expert during service incidents and drive root cause analysis.
• Support and maintain applications and systems in a DevOps setup.
• Drive continuous improvement for technical excellence and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into SDLC.
• Coordinate dependency and infrastructure upgrades/patching.
