Job summary

Nordea is seeking a skilled IT Operation Specialist to join Group Technology in Poland. You will manage and maintain IT infrastructure within a DevOps framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy, automate, and scale applications and systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Engineering or related roles.
Experience with change and incident management tools and processes.
Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana or similar.
Awareness of AI and automation concepts and interest in applying them to IT ops.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations and maintain infrastructure in a DevOps setting.
Act as a subject-matter expert during incidents, perform root-cause analysis.
Support applications and systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Drive continuous improvement in workflows and technical excellence.
Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps practices across SDLC.
Lead application dependency and infrastructure upgrades/patching.
Coordinate with service owners and platform teams to align with business needs.
