Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a senior AI Governance Project Manager to lead complex IT projects across international organizations, aligning with governance frameworks, and optimizing processes.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years in IT project management with strong stakeholder skills and experience coordinating IT, governance, risk, compliance, and security functions in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience analyzing, improving, and implementing IT processes, governance frameworks, or operating models.
• Strong ability to understand complex internal processes, systems, and organizational dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Practical experience in project planning, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, reporting, and delivery governance.
• General understanding of AI governance, technology risk, compliance, or responsible AI principles (strong advantage).

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the delivery of the AI Governance Reimagine initiative, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Analyzing the existing AI Governance process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
• Quickly becoming familiar with internal IT Project Navigator, AI Governance framework, and relevant processes.
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders from IT, business, governance, risk, compliance, security, and other relevant functions.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, and status reporting to ensure transparency for key stakeholders.
• Supporting the design, implementation, and adoption of the improved AI Governance process, including documentation, communication, and change coordination.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: AI Governance Project Manager

We seek a senior AI Governance Project Manager with strong expertise in IT project management, process optimization, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate brings a multidisciplinary background in:

• IT project management in large, complex, and international organizations
• Analyzing, improving, and implementing IT processes, governance frameworks, or operating models
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

You will play a key role in:

Leading and coordinating the delivery of the AI Governance Reimagine initiative, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes

Analyzing the existing AI Governance process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification or automation
