ALTEN Polska is recruiting an IT Project Manager/PMO specialist to lead and coordinate IT projects across manufacturing and Shopfloor IT domains. The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or PMO support for IT projects.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or Shopfloor IT projects, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Practical knowledge of project planning, scheduling, project controlling, reporting, risk management, and dependency management.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and both local and central stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and tools used for task and status tracking.
• Fluent in both Polish and English, spoken and written.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes and to be present on-site in Niepołomice as required by the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT project plan, milestone plan, dependency tracker, risk register, decision log, and issue/action tracker.
• Coordinate the IT scope related to manufacturing, logistics, and Shopfloor IT systems supporting the launch of new production facilities and processes.
• Coordinate activities related to IT infrastructure, including LAN/WLAN networks, infrastructure connectivity, end-user workstations, industrial IT devices, printers and labeling systems, servers, central IT services, and IT security requirements.
• Facilitate technical alignment between local teams, central IT functions, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status presentations, steering committee reports, and decision-making materials.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, risks, scope changes, and corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, risk reviews, readiness assessments, and decisionmaking forums.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

• Understanding of IT infrastructure in manufacturing environments, IT security, industrial networks, and system integration.
• Experience in greenfield, migration, production ramp-up, or new production area implementation projects.
