Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex client projects in engineering and IT services across Poland. You will act as the main interface between customer business and offshore teams, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications and guiding delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager.
• Fluent in French.
• Experience in Computer Vision and Edge Computing; Rail domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary interface between the customer's business & technical teams and offshore teams.
• Understanding, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable technical requirements for offshore engineering teams.
• Coordinating with customer stakeholders, driving requirement clarifications, and ensuring seamless communication between onsite and offshore teams.
• Supporting project execution by facilitating alignment across business, engineering, and delivery teams.

Tasks:

• Acting as the primary interface between the customer's business & technical teams and teams offshore.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager
• Fluent in French
• Experience in Computer Vision and Edge Computing
• Prior experience in the Rail domain would be highly preferred
