Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our engineering and IT services team. You will translate business needs into robust system solutions, design data flows between systems, and verify concepts through PoC collaborations with architects and developers.

The role emphasizes risk data handling, Oracle data environments, and advanced SQL skills within a hybrid model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience in translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong background in data flow modeling and data feeds design.
• Experience with risk data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements and design changes in interfaces.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Senior IT Analyst

We seek a senior IT Analyst with strong expertise in risk systems, data analysis, and system integration. The ideal candidate brings a multidisciplinary background in:

• Translating business requirements into system solutions
• Data flow architecture between systems
• Analyzing data sources and designing new data feeds
• Verifying proposed solutions through PoC (Proof of Concept)
• Collaborating with architects and developers during solution design

You will play a key role in:

• Analyzing business and system requirements
• Designing changes in systems and interfaces
• Designing data flows between systems
• Preparing analytical documentation and specifications for developers (e.g., data models, data flow diagrams, business transformation rules)
• Analyzing data in Oracle, data warehouses, and Hadoop environments
• Collaborating with architects, developers, and administrators in designing, testing, and implementing solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Ability to analyze and design business processes
• Experience in processing large volumes of data from multiple sources, analyzing data quality, identifying data sources, and designing mappings (source-to-target mapping)
• Experience in data flow modeling (Data Flow)
• Experience in designing integrations and data feeds
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (especially Oracle technology)
• Ability to analyze data models and design changes in database structures (ERD diagrams)
• Experience in preparing analytical documentation and technical specifications for development teams
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams
• Independence in problem analysis and proposing solutions
• Proactive attitude and high independence in managing topics with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in the financial sector, particularly in risk data, will be an additional asset
