Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture and system design. You will lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in solution architecture, strong AWS expertise, and hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, React and TypeScript. This is a full-time, on-site role across ALTEN Polska branches with benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
• Strong AWS expertise (mandatory).
• Experience with enterprise architecture and system integrations.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday HCM integration experience is a plus, but not required.
