Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a seasoned Data/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain platforms supporting GitHub Copilot Custom Agents. You will manage MCP servers, databases, and lightweight RAG pipelines while integrating solutions into SDLC processes.

The role emphasizes quality, security, and collaboration with international teams. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in data/platform engineering, hands-on expertise with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Airflow/Prefect/Dagster, and IaC tools

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or workflow automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/Node.js/Scala, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with MCP servers and data platforms such as OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Neo4j, or vector search technologies.
• Experience in automotive or other regulated software environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA, and ISO 21434 is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working in international teams.
