Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o in Kraków is seeking an Experienced Global Purchasing professional to drive indirect procurement and support the company’s purchasing strategy.

You will own the PO lifecycle end-to-end, review high-value orders, and collaborate with AP, IT, and business units to optimize processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in supply chain or related field, at least 5 years of purchasing experience, and strong English; Coupa knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to engage with IT, AP and business units.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve high-value or complex purchase orders in line with policy.
• Full ownership of PO lifecycle from order to closure and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to streamline invoicing and payments.
• Understand procurement categories and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Category Managers and suppliers on proposals and renewals.
• Participate in UAT and drive process improvements in procurement.
