Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Kraków is seeking an International Sales Support Specialist to safeguard CRM data quality across global accounts. You will bridge international sales and forecasting teams, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data for revenue planning and reporting.

Remote work is possible depending on location, with a focus on supporting EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales operations or data-centric roles and strong CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining data quality across multiple regions.
• Ability to audit data, enforce standards, and train staff on data hygiene.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting data and revenue reporting practices.
• Proficiency with BI tools for creating dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CRM inputs from International Sales to ensure account, contact and opportunity data accuracy.
• Audit CRM data regularly to find duplicates and missing information.
• Enforce data standards and provide training to international sales teams.
• Execute bulk data updates, imports and exports while maintaining data hygiene.
• Collaborate with Forecasting to ensure real-time data for revenue modeling.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for international regions.
• Investigate discrepancies between sales activities and forecasting reports.
• Be the primary CRM support contact for the International Sales team.
