Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) seeks a Principal DevOps Engineer for IAM to lead technical direction, architecture, and automation across IAM services.

You will advance the One Identity Manager platform, mentor teams, and deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions for international markets. You will work across architecture, development, and operations, ensuring high-quality delivery with a focus on security, Zero Trust, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years hands-on IAM experience.
• Several years with One Identity Manager.
• Strong SDLC knowledge as Software Engineer.
• Expert One Identity Manager: architecture, workflows, provisioning, integrations.
• Expert IAM/IGA concepts: lifecycle, governance, RBAC, attestation, compliance.
• Enterprise integration experience across apps, cloud, and IAM platforms.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD, release management, automation.
• PowerShell, C#, VB.NET development skills.
• Microsoft Entra ID & hybrid identity concepts.
• Security architecture incl. Zero Trust & PAM.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable IAM/DevOps solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across development and operations.
• Design, enhance, and support One Identity Manager capabilities and integrations.
• Drive architecture reviews, automation, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure quality, performance, scalability, and reliability of IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM with security needs.
• Mentor engineering teams and support technical decision-making.
• Contribute to SDLC activities: testing, deployment, and documentation.
