Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra ID / IAM Engineer to join our remote Poland team. You will provide operational support for Entra ID and hybrid identity services in large-scale environments, resolving incidents, implementing changes, and improving automation and documentation.

You will work with experienced engineers to deepen IAM expertise, contribute to service improvements, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

Hands-on Entra ID and IAM experience with MFA, CA, and access management.
Knowledge of hybrid identity, AD, and identity data synchronization.
PowerShell administration and automation skills.
Experience in production support or managed services with ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

Support Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity services, resolving incidents per SLAs.
Troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, and synchronization issues.
Operate Entra capabilities including MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, identity governance, B2B and SSO.
Implement and verify changes with testing and rollback steps.
Maintain PowerShell scripts, runbooks, and technical documentation.
Communicate clearly with clients and teams; participate in on-call rotations.
Contribute to problem management and service improvements.
