Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an Microsoft Entra ID / IAM Engineer to provide reliable operation support for Entra ID and hybrid identity services in enterprise settings. You will resolve incidents, implement changes with safe rollback steps, and advance automation and documentation while taking ownership of assigned activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Entra ID / IAM experience including authentication and governance.
• Knowledge of hybrid identity, AD, and directory synchronization.
• Practical PowerShell skills for administration and automation.
• Experience in production support or managed services applying ITIL practices.
• Strong customer focus, ownership and reliable follow-through.
• Structured troubleshooting, risk assessment, escalation and changes.

Responsibilities

• Support Entra ID and hybrid identity services, resolving incidents per SLAs and ITIL.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access provisioning and sync issues.
• Operate Entra capabilities like MFA, CA, PIM, and SSO for apps.
• Implement approved changes with tests, rollbacks and risk escalation.
• Maintain scripts, automation, runbooks and technical docs.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teams; participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to problem management, root-cause analysis and improvements.
