Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an AI-Augmented IAM Security Engineer to hands-on implement, configure, automate and operate enterprise IAM. This role supports joiner/mover/leaver processes, SSO, MFA, role-based and attribute-based access, and integrates IAM with cloud and enterprise systems.

The engineer will develop automation scripts, monitor platform health, and enable AI-assisted workflows to streamline access reviews and remediation while ensuring security controls and auditability across the IAM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure and operate IAM solutions and controls based on architecture and standards.
Maintain identity lifecycle processes with automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
Configure SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and least-privilege access.
Develop and deploy IAM integrations with cloud platforms, SaaS apps, and on-prem systems.
Execute access certification and SoD rule configurations.
Operate Privileged Access Management controls and secret handling.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, SCIM, Terraform.
Monitor IAM platform health and perform patching and hardening.
Deploy AI-assisted automations to reduce manual IAM work and enable auditability.
