Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID features including Conditional Access, MFA/passwordless, Identity Protection.
• Hybrid identity knowledge with Entra Connect/Cloud Sync and coexistence troubleshooting.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize Entra ID–centric identity solutions in cloud-first and hybrid environments.
• Lead and deliver IAM solutions based on Entra ID aligned with Zero Trust.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support in Active Directory as required.
• Act as technical lead during client engagements and workshops; mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end identity solutions.
