Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and provide day-to-day HR support in a dynamic environment in Poland. You will partner with managers on performance, promotions, and compensation, ensuring compliance with Polish law and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Specialist/HR Generalist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and HR practices with employee relations experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with good Excel and HR systems knowledge.
• Fluent English (C1) and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, promotions and compensation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records, ensuring compliance with Polish employment law and internal policies.
• Support learning and development initiatives, HR projects and process improvements aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze people data and collaborate with Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders on people-related matters.
