Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Learning Services activities across training management and related processes.
• Standardize processes after transition and convert local requirements into scalable ways of working.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Serve as a key contact for complex cases across levels and partners.
• Build relationships with CoE, PPM and other stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and SOP requirements.
• Prioritize work, anticipate risks and escalate when needed.
• Share expertise and support colleagues to foster accountability and learning.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Senior HR Learning Services Specialist with German, you will be responsible for:

• ownership and independently executing complex end-to-end Learning Services activities across training management, vendor-related processes,promotionsand program rollouts.
• Standardizing and stabilizing processes after transition,identifyinggaps, clarifyingresponsibilitiesand converting local requirements into consistent, scalable ways of working.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives using structured process optimization methods,dataand stakeholder feedback to improve efficiency,qualityand customer experience.
• Serving as a key point of contact for complex cases, providing clear guidance to employees, managers and internal partners across different hierarchy levels.
• Building an effective working relationship with the local CoE, PPM and other stakeholders, confidently managing difficult conversations, conflictingprioritiesand unclear requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with legal,regulatoryand operational requirements, internal guidelines, SOPs,deadlinesand quality standards.
• Prioritizing work independently,anticipatingrisks and escalating constructively when decisions, resources or stakeholder alignment arerequired.
• Sharingexpertisewithin the team, supporting colleagues in complextopicsand contribute to a culture of accountability,learningand continuous improvement.

About our future employee

You should speak German at minimum C1 level and English at minimum B2 level, with confident written and verbal communication in both languages. You should have minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Learning Operations, HR Services or a comparable operational environment.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, BusinessAdministrationor a related field.
• Strong experience in process standardization,stabilizationand continuous improvement, ideally in ashared-services.
• Experience in project work or project management, including ownership of complex programs,workstreamsor improvement initiatives.
• Ability to understand complex facts and processes, connectdependenciesand translate them into structured, solution-oriented actions.
• Proven stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the confidence to challenge constructively, manage resistance andestablishclear agreements with demanding partners.
• Independent,reliableand service-oriented working style, with strong prioritization, accountability, resultorientationand attention to compliance.
• Empathy, team spirit, interculturalawarenessand networked thinking, combined with a strong customer focus.
• Practical experience with HR and learning systems. Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (LOS), Degreed, WeBuy, invoice-tracking tools is an advantage.
